Nesco Resource is a proud four-time winner of the Inavero’s Best of Staffing Award for both Talent and Clients. The world’s not short of industry accolades so I normally wouldn’t take the time to do more than share this happy news.
But this award raises an important point about the staffing business: we, in fact, serve two sets of customers and satisfying both is vitally important to everyone involved. In other words, for Nesco Resource, for our job candidates, and for the companies hiring — for us ALL to be successful there needs to be a very high level of service from Nesco Resource.
This is becoming more apparent as unemployment rates drop and the economy picks up. Candidates want to work with agencies that can help them grow with the economy. Matching their skills with the best possible job is important. In addition, ensuring a safe work environment, benefits, and career counseling, all keep firms like Nesco Resource a go-to source for qualified candidates.
At the same time, hiring companies want to find a pool of talent to help them grow and serve their customers. Today’s fast-paced, global marketplace means that companies are looking for qualified, dependable candidates, but don’t have the time or resources to handle that challenge.
Working with an agency that can serve both needs well is vital and you can’t really have one without the other. A happy and large talent pool means nothing if they cannot be matched to the right jobs. At the same time, a great client relationship falls apart quickly if candidates just aren’t there.
